Bill Lipp is active with the new development and processing of corporate service contracts which includes transitioning new clients into the Croker portfolio. Lipp oversees Croker’s administrative team for FDNY code compliance initiatives including but not limited to Local Law 5 of 1973 (fire safety), Local Law 16 of 1984 (fire safety), Local Law 26 of 2004 (non-fire emergencies) and it’s parallel ordinances. With a focus on code compliance and industry trends, Bill Lipp actively serves on the BOMA-NY codes, regulations and government affairs committee.
