Stephen L’Heureux brings more than 45 years of experience in emergency services, healthcare communications, fire and EMS operations, and public safety education. His career includes leadership roles in hospital communications, emergency dispatch systems, EMS operations, and fire service management, giving him a broad understanding of critical response systems and interagency coordination.
L’Heureux has held senior positions with Catholic Medical Center, Global Medical Response, the State of New Hampshire’s Statewide 9-1-1 center, and the Manchester Fire Department. He also served with the Northwood, NH Police Department and the Newton, MA 9-1-1- center. A longtime public servant, he is recognized for his leadership, communications expertise, and lifelong commitment to emergency preparedness, public safety, and service.
L’Heureux holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire Service Management, an Associate of Science in Emergency Medical Care, and maintains extensive professional certifications in addition to a long record of public service with the State of New Hampshire, and local civic and EMS organizations.
