A former Corrections Captain, Portia Cox is a skilled member of the Croker team. During her tenure with the NYC Department of Corrections, she managed all aspects of corrections, promoted proper protocols, established and enforced departmental policies, ensured compliance and was in charge of tactical response, mediation, and conflict resolution.
