With more than 25 years of experience in fire service leadership, fire prevention, code enforcement, and emergency response, Paul Burton provides Croker clients with deep expertise in fire and life safety operations. His career has included leadership roles with the University of Connecticut Fire Department and the Hebron Fire Department, where he managed life safety programs, fire investigations, inspections, and code compliance in complex institutional and municipal environments.
Burton is known for his collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong background in fire protection systems, regulatory compliance, and public safety leadership. His combination of operational command experience and inspection expertise makes him a valuable member of the Croker team.
