A certified Arson Investigator and Fire Instructor, he has led fire suppression operations, conducted cause-and-origin investigations, enforced fire codes, and developed training programs that support operational excellence and community safety.
A former Sergeant in the New Jersey Army National Guard, Nazaire served in leadership roles during deployments to Bahrain and Djibouti. Known for his calm decision-making and commitment to teamwork and safety, he brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and a people-focused approach to the Croker team.
