Hickey holds numerous New York State and Federal Government Certifications in relation to firematics, weapons of mass destruction / terrorism awareness and emergency operations. Additionally, he holds an A.A.S. degree in Fire Science Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Emergency Management, a Masters in Public Administration and a Masters in Organizational Leadership.
