Kevin Steele is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over two decades of experience in training, leadership, and program development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Excelsior College (NY) and has also trained as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
Kevin Steele began his NYPD career as a Police Officer, later rising to Sergeant. His leadership roles have included Patrol Training Sergeant, Supervisor for Training Assessment, and Supervisor of the Instructor Development Unit. Known for his strong communication skills and goal-oriented approach, Steele excels in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs while fostering one-on-one mentorship.
A certified NYS Master Instructor since 2018, Kevin Steele holds expertise in crisis intervention, critical incident tactics, and leadership development. His dedication has earned him numerous accolades, including a Unit Citation, two Meritorious Police Duty awards, and four Excellent Police Duty awards. Steele’s commitment to professional development and impactful training highlights his lasting contributions to law enforcement.
