Eamon O’Leary augments Croker’s team, offering nearly two decades of frontline fire service leadership and emergency response experience. A District Chief with the Boston Fire Department, O’Leary has progressed through the ranks from firefighter to chief officer, building extensive expertise in incident command, fire suppression, emergency operations, training, and fire safety compliance.
In his current role as District Chief, O’Leary leads fire operations across multiple firehouses, overseeing response strategies, personnel deployment, operational readiness, and large-scale emergency incidents. Prior to his promotion, he served as Captain, Lieutenant, and Firefighter, where he supervised firefighting crews, directed search-and-rescue and hazardous materials response, trained firefighters, and managed daily station operations and safety compliance.
In addition to his fire service career, O’Leary served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant and Field Radio Operator, further strengthening his leadership, discipline, and emergency communications experience.
O’Leary is a certified Emergency Medical Technician and Pro Board-Certified Incident Safety Officer. He holds an Associates degree in Fire Science from Bunker Hill Community College and is currently pursuing his Bachelors degree in Fire Science at Anna Maria College.
