Donald J. Casavant is a seasoned fire and life safety professional with more than 30 years of experience in emergency response, inspections, and code compliance. He currently serves as Fire and Life Safety Manager for the Connecticut Army National Guard, where he oversees inspections and fire and life safety operations across the state.
His career has included roles as Battalion Chief and Shift Commander with the Mohegan Tribal Fire Department, Fire Inspector, and property risk inspector. Casavant’s expertise spans fire prevention, emergency response, inspections, fire investigation, hazardous materials, and rescue operations.
