Daniel Bowman is a highly accomplished fire service professional with nearly three decades of experience serving the City of New York. As a Battalion Chief with the FDNY, Bowman has held numerous leadership positions throughout his career, including Captain, Lieutenant, and Firefighter. As an Incident Commander, he has managed large-scale emergencies, coordinated multi-agency response operations, and overseen personnel and resources in some of the most demanding emergency environments in the nation.
In addition to his operational experience, Daniel Bowman is a seasoned instructor and training leader. He has served as a Lead Instructor for FDNY training programs since 2006 and previously held the role of Emergency Response Preparedness Director and Training Coordinator at the FDNY Training Academy. His expertise includes fire safety, emergency preparedness, disaster response, leadership development, and interagency coordination. Daniel Bowman is a New York State Fire Service Instructor Level 2 and has extensive experience designing and delivering impactful training programs that prepare students and professionals for real-world emergencies.
