Stuart Blank has acquired more than 30 years’ experience in Emergency Services in three disciplines; as a firefighter (since 1979), Police Commander (since 1985) and in Emergency Management (since 1996). Blank holds a Level 3 Incident Management Certification (NJ) as well as national Type III Incident Management credentials. In addition to his work with Croker, Blank also serves as a New Jersey Police Instructor and Level 2 New Jersey Fire Instructor.
Stuart Blank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in education, from William Paterson University (NJ). In addition, he holds certification as a Public Manager from Fairleigh Dickinson University (NJ).
