James M. McHale is honored to have served with distinction as a veteran 20 Year Firefighter 1st Grade FDNY member. He ably complemented that service experience as a successfully awarded, charter Construction Site Fire Safety Manager (CSFSM). In addition, McHale has previously served in the capacity of a Campus Fire & Life Safety Officer at Columbia University as well as a Fire and Life Safety Director at a prominent and prestigious NYC high-rise office building. As a humble, sure-footed and astutely versed member of the FDNY and OSHA-rated Purveyor-of-Instruction, McHale was also the first certified citywide field-designated Qualified Safety Professional by NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) in 2014. McHale has formidably assembled numerous relevant certifications along with concurrently maintaining active memberships within several professional, fraternal and civic community organizations. He holds a Master’s in Education Degree (M.Ed.) from University of Bridgeport, CT and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Iona College, New Rochelle, NY.
